The Advance Wellness Team
Jonathan Graff, CPT
Jonathan is the Director of Total Athlete Performance (TAP) and Advance Wellness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Quincy University. He is also an AFAA certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, group & individual instructor, speed and agility specialist, and youth coaching specialist.
Jason Beddall, CPT
At age 32, Jason weighed 438 pounds. Over the next 2 years, through a healthy diet and regular exercise, Jason lost 248 pounds. During that process, he discovered a passion for helping people experience the life changing results that comes with living a healthy lifestyle. Jason is a group fitness instructor, Functional Aging Specialist and NASM certified personal trainer.
Sarah Genenbacher, CPT
Sarah has worked in the fitness industry for four years. She is very passionate about helping people on their fitness journey, especially those over the age of 50. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and a Certified Functional Aging Specialist.
Dakota is a former collegiate athlete, holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and physical education from Iowa Wesleyan university. When she’s not teaching PE and coaching volleyball at Illini West in Carthage, she’s one of our group instructors and individual trainers.
